The wax used for the Hollywood wax had a wooden spatula in prior to me entering room, which was the same spatula used throughout. This 'double dipping' is very unhygienic and made me immediately regret coming here! Similarly, for the leg wax there were some dirty looking rollers were used, which I assumed are used for every customer, and such instruments cannot be cleaned. Both treatments took half hour in total and I had hair left on both areas. I know efficiency should be rewarded but I felt like the therapist just wanted to get it done as quickly as possible so she could have a 45 minute break at the end. Unfortunately I will be finding another salon.

Nice salon and great location. I had a cut and blow dry and it was good. The lady took the time to make sure that the cut was perfect. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is that I had the feeling that she was not 100% sure about what she was doing. But overall a good salon, I would recommend.
