I had an incredibly bad experience here and really don't recommend it. I had a wash, haircut and blow dry and it was pretty bad from the offset.
The hairdresser was rude throughout, I asked for my hair to be collar bone length with a full fringe and she literally outright said 'no'. I've had this style before, it looks good on me, she was just being rude. As I'd prepaid I continued and she obliged. By the end of it she hadn't cut my hair how I'd wanted so I was pretty pissed.
I asked for layers and she didn't give me any, just feathered it a bit. She kept repeating 'layers' so I figured she knew what she was doing but apparently not. She didn't give me a full fringe just a side one. When I mentioned the fringe was too long and wanted it a little bit shorter she outright refuses. This wasn't a stylist knowing what was best but her being rude and refusing to do what I had paid for.
She kept hitting her bracelets onto my head whilst blow drying, and scratching my face with the comb whilst cutting. She apologised but then continued doing so.
Rather than blow drying my hair straight (pretty simple technique for a hairdresser to know) she did it messily then went onto straighten it. A good hairdresser knows to avoid this unnecessary use of heat to damage your hair and just do a good blow dry.
This was a really bad experience. Really don't recommend this place on the basis of not getting a simple haircut i had requested and walking out with a different one, the rudeness of the staff member (who was alone in the salon so I can assume she was somewhat senior), and that she loterally didn't understand simple techniques of layering hair and a decent blow dry. There are tonnes of salons to choose from in this area for a similar price, don't waste your time on this one.

Overall good balue for money. Occasionally ehen it was busy the woman doing my nails had to answer the phone which caused the manicure to take slightly longer than necessary! Would go back.
