First time getting a haircut, wash and blow dry in London. Found this through Treatwell and went to try it. They were running about an hour late it seemed which was very annoying, the lady washing my hair took a very long time so it was uncomfortable. The haircut itself once i got to it was great though, the lady had good communication and kept checking what I wanted.
