My haircut was amazing, most likely the best hair cut I've ever had in London! I only had a trim, but the wash cut and blow-dry - this is the only hairdresser and salon that has also straightened my hair on top. With the 20% xmas special they currently have, the service was a bargain. There were some uncomfortable customer interactions that I witnessed which is why I did not give a high score for ambience.

The haircut itself was really good and I would certainly go back for that. However, the assistant washing my hair spent at over 10minutes doing it because they were running behind and I think she was stalling for time. This left my hair really dry afterwards which was disappointing - the cut itself did make up for this.
