I love Nicole, she is very gentle and one of the best beauticians I've been to. The salon seems to be a bit stingy with Hollywood waxing though, I was left with the inner sides of my thighs still.. well, unwaxed, because apparently it's already 'leg' there. It's the first time I'm told something like that, and I've been waxing monthly for 8 years. Other than that, everything is great, I'm definitely coming again!
