I went for a hair cut and blow dry with Anna since I've read positive reviews here, but it was absolutely awful. I have long curly hair, but nothing extraordinary, yet she had no idea how to cut it or style it. She kept pulling my hair while blow drying it, and it was so painful I was debating standing up and leaving without her finishing. I have never felt so much pain at a haidresser before!!!! the brush kept falling off her hand, the same with the nozzle of the hair dryer!!! the result was unevenly cut hair, I have pieces of hair that are longer that others, and lots of broken hairs from the torture she made me go through. I will never EVER step a foot there again. It was definitely the most painful and insatisfying hair experience I've ever had.

Although my hairdresser, Anna, was very nice, I am really unhappy with my haircut. I have thick curly hair and could tell she didn't know what to do with it, which became very clear after the cut. I said many times I wanted to keep it long and she cut far too much off. She then cut even more as she couldn't figure out how to shape it. She tried to brush it when still dry (never do this for curly hair!) and then used mousse in it and said she had no cream or oil and diffused it. It looked like a poodle and I was quite upset as I've been growing it long for my wedding. She then straightened it which was better but it's so much shorter than I wanted and going to take a year or more to get back to the length I want. I've been growing it for so long but because it's curly I don't think she realised that it bounces up when dry and isn't the length it's cut at.
I would never go back here unfortunately. As my first experience using Treatwell it went badly. I'll go to brand name hairdressers from now on like I always have in the past. I also didn't get offered any time of drink at all, which isn't a big deal but would have been nice.

The colour is good - no complain there. However, at the end of treatment I also requested a fringe trim - most horrible trim ever. I had to recut it myself when I got home (to make it less bad!!), and staff doesn't seem to listen to my concern when they cut it. I seriously does not understand how can they cut it in that style. Seriously cannot understand why is it so hard to find a salon that is remotely decent all round. Disappointed.
