I wouldn’t recommend this service. Despite agreeing to pay extra for both my hair type and styling, the outcome was disappointing. The stylist spent the appointment commenting on my hair’s length and thickness, making me feel very uncomfortable. My usual salon handles my hair in an hour, but here I paid £61 to leave with hair that felt damp and ends like straw. At the end the stylist didn’t do the styling I’d agreed to pay extra for, claiming she had no time and could only do half my head.

Very calm and welcoming atmosphere, attentive and considerate care from Veronica – time taken to discuss what I wanted and her recommendations, relaxed hair wash and unrushed and careful cut and blow dry. I was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!
