Arrived on time but had to wait for 10-15 minutes before being seen. Was taken downstairs to the waxing room, was clean and relaxing. Although I do wished the beautician stepped outside for me to take off my clothes as I felt like it was an invasion of my privacy. She did double dip and this was the first time I went to a place which double dipped and wish I hadn't as afterwards, I had a lot of in-growth hairs and painful bumps. Never going to here again.
