Hairdresser was nice and accomodating but not very skilled. Asked for curls for a wedding and got a messy wavy hair that got worse as the day progressed. Also hairdresser had long nails and several big bracelets that made the hairwash uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Always enjoy my wax at Pearl. Very fast and efficient staff. Room is always clean. Pain is kept to a minimum as treatment is so quick!
