When I called to hold the appointment, I didn't receive a warm welcome however when I went in, I was welcomed with friendly smiles. The hair wash was absolutely amazing. I went in for a straight trim. In some places this can really go wrong but it was exactly what I wanted. My stylist did a great job. Exactly what I wanted. I would definitely try her again.
