It was pretty mediocre, the lady didn't speak much and just did her job. I wasn't too impressed with the shape of the nails and shellac came off in under two weeks

It was thorough but a bit more painful than I'm used to. Also was told to do the navel line would be £5 more. This surprised me as it is always free in all other hollywood waxes i've had.
