This was my first time at Pearl since I decided on a pedicure on a whim while I was in the area. I had initially booked the wrong option with the app, and while the staff were helpful and helped me change it, it did take them a while to understand what it was I actually wanted. I also had to wait a further 20 minutes after the agreed time before I was called, but the service was professional and they did a great job.

Eyebrow tint and shape was absolutely perfect, couldn't have asked for a more thorough treatment. Brazilian wax was also spot on, very quick and as painless as possible. Wasn't as happy with the pedicure, it was good, but still found some dead skin on my feet when I got back to the office, so could have been a bit more through. I may just be being fussy though! Had french polish done, but found it started to chip by the next day.

I arrived slightly early and was taken straight away. The head massage during the shampoo was incredible! Haircut gave a nice shape to my hair.
