As my Birthday is tomorrow I really needed more highlights in my hair as my roots were literally showing so I booked myself in for a half head of highlight, cut and blow all for £76 (when I booked it it was the autumn offer) so I was buzzing about this offer. I made sure that Veronica was my Hair stylist as she is remarkable and does her job very thorough! As Veronica has done my hair twice before she knew what to do and just got into it (not like the other hairdressers who say we shouldn't use bleach as it is harmful but we'll use something else that won't harm your hair but you will need to come in like x5 times to achieve that! - NO THANK YOU!) my appointment was meant to be for 2 and a half hours but as loads of my roots were showing - it got extended to literally nearly 5 hours!! It was such a long process and I felt for Veronica as she seemed tired as my hair is thick and long so I can understand. My cut is also amazing, even though it looks shorter but it looks wayyy healthier than it did 5 hours ago. Ana did a amazing job with the blow dry - however I was not impressed with the surcharge as I was not charged for my thickness and length last time - when booking I always choose long hair - toned I didn't mind paying for but the surcharge was a bit of a joke but I didn't argue because they had spent more time on my hair then needed so I guess it was okay.. Overall I am loving my new colour and style - highlights look refreshed and much lighter than before (last time got full had and didn't achieve the colour that I wanted) I am very happy - so Thank You to Veronica and the Team for making my hair look and feel amazing!
p.s: I was told that I am an exceptional client as I do not complain and am very patient (going back to the surcharge, I just think that it should be added onto TreatWell)
