I came there to have a eyebrow waxing I NOT to heard 3 times that I have to book again for a shape " I will do my best but you have to book again for a shape" my shape was fine I just wanted a eyebrow waxing. She did only the half of the work just to be sure I will come back again for a shape

Lovely massage. Great techniques. would Definitely recommend. only downfall was that there was no relaxing music in the background which would have made it absolutely perfect but not necessary :)

I have curly hair and had a great haircut with Veronica. I wanted choppy layers and the pics I had were quite drastic thankfully she advised me against it because when I came home and styled my hair as per my usual style with a diffuser the layers she put in were just right. Will be going back.

First time visit. I have very long hair and sometimes get nervous about getting it cut. My haircut was maybe slightly shorter than I would like but overall great experience. Very efficient, professional and friendly. Talked through appropriate styles and felt completely at ease. Nicely textured and good finish.
