In one of my fingers the shellac had been removed. The girl that treated me did not even touch it to make the surface of my nail smoother. Just removed the shellac from the rest of my fingers and did not even file them.

Staff here are so polite and lovely. Got a haircut by Anna and got a lot of compliments. She is clearly very good at her job. Manicure was really good for the price. One minor suggestion would be the whole palm should be soaked and scrubbed, not just the fingers. Overall brilliant!
