Awful experience. Went in for a simple fringe trim. Did not understand what I asked for and cut my hair far too short. Then proceeded to cut rest of my fringe longer so it wasn’t straight. Had to fix myself when I got home. Second time I have tried this salon and both times they have ruined my fringe. Do not recommend.

Was kept waiting with no staff letting me know how long it would be or who would be doing my treatment. Was offered no drink or anything whilst I was kept waiting.
The treatment itself was ok but the extraction part wasn't that good- the next day I feel like she aggravated my skin too much and I had more little lumps and bumps than before.
Aprt from the extraction part, the treatment was good and the lady doing it was lovely.
