Was kept waiting with no staff letting me know how long it would be or who would be doing my treatment. Was offered no drink or anything whilst I was kept waiting.
The treatment itself was ok but the extraction part wasn't that good- the next day I feel like she aggravated my skin too much and I had more little lumps and bumps than before.
Aprt from the extraction part, the treatment was good and the lady doing it was lovely.
