The staff were lovely and welcoming- spending lots of time ensuring that my nails were fully prepped prior to putting any colour on (really appreciated!) and nothing was rushed! My nails now look lovely and have lasted really well so far...! Only slight dampener was that the manicurist smudged the colour on one nail which I only noticed once I got out into the sunlight but I can put up with that for a great manicure otherwise :)
