I was running almost 10 minutes late - which I appreciate is annoying - but the staff were not welcoming at all. The treatment itself was fine but I will not be going back.

Very very pleased with the end result! The technician was super patient and helped me testing different nail colors. My previous gel polish was removed very clean. The only thing is that I did got a cut when she was removing my cuticles.
