The staff are extremely polite. The nail polish was done perfectly - probably the best place I have been to. The pedicure exfoliation however could have been more thorough and my nails were dried with a fan, which did make me a bit chilly. Other than that (and the lack of massaging chairs) the place would have definitely gotten 5 stars. I will definitely go back (in summer because of the fan!)
