Michaela made me feel very relaxed for my first ever Hollywood wax. She was very chatty which was nice. There were a few stray hairs left at the end I have noticed but I would definitely return to her. I also had a gel manicure which was neat and tidy. No chips as yet (3 days later) and it is very reasonably priced. Good location right next to the tube and city for work.
