Great little place close to the city. I visited them few times already and every time experience was good. Staff is very caring. Mihaela has done wonderful job as usual. Waxing with her is as painless as it can be and she never leaves even one hair behind. Already booked another visit.

Where to start!! The ‘owner’ is absolutely vile and started an argument with me in front others mid pedicure because I pressed the button on the massage chair (apparently not allowed only for deluxe pedicures). I mean, A) make this clear and B) wait until after the treatment not 15 mins in and then excuse me of being rude for not asking to use it?! After she couldn’t take my negative feedback on the massage chair ‘rules’ she asked me to leave (lol) said it was no loss to her (in front of all her clients) to which I said I would not, I had already started my treatment. The lady doing my pedicure was lovely btw, I feel sorry they have to work for such a horrible lady.
At the end she told me I must have had a bad day and accused me of mental health issues (throwing stones in glass houses comes to mind) I look forward to her tragic reply below probably blaming me just like she did to ‘Dear Chloe’ in February’s post below. So yeah, if you fancy a pedicure with abuse on the side, go for it! Just don’t press the massage button on the chair!!! AVOID.
