First time having a Brazilian and the lady helping was super accommodating: used two different types of wax so I could decide what I preferred for next time, and generally was just lovely.

I forgot to book the removal of my gelish from another place, but the salon owner was very accommodating and helped me despite being tight on time. Also the manicure and shellac was perfectly done! From where she positions her manicure tools, the number of cotton pads for removing my previous gelish from another place, the whole process is thought thru so there is no mess. Also she was very careful while filing the gelish away, so the nail file didn't rub on my skin once and my nails were perfectly clean before I realized. I'll be a regular from now on!!!
