I was extremely disappointed with the pedicure I received here. The whole thing felt rushed, for example there was not adequate time allowed for coats of nail varnish to dry prior to applying the next and there was no time taken to wipe off any nail varnish that had accidentally been applied to my toes. Given that I had been kept waiting for 15 mins, for a 20 minute appointment I had planned to take in my half hour lunch break, I wasn't in a position to complain at the time or ask that more time or care was taken. When I came to change out of my flip flops into trainers so that I could cycle home, 7 hours after the pedicure, the nail varnish had still not dried properly. When I took my trainers off when I got home the nail varnish was a mess - I'm not sure if this is because the layers weren't allowed to dry before the next was applied but it certainly isn't something I have ever experienced after a pedicure before!

I had an OPI pedicure and manicure at Pearl Beauty, the staff were very professional and did an amazing job in tidying up cuticles. Would definitely recommend this place.
