The lady was very nice and understanding. That was the first time I booked a bikini waxing, so I can't compare. It was a bit painful but I have been told by the lady that sensitivity can be higher at certain time of the month and advised me about the best time to do it.

Initally I was excited to get my hair done as I had managed to save up some money. I was the first customer of the day and Hair Dresser was 20 minutes late. She Complained about my lenght of hair even though I had clicked on the correct option on the booking. I have very fine straight hair and had quite big roots as I have not had the money to get them re- highlighted. She then decided to insult me by saying "Whats the point in having long hair if you cant look after it" I personally think that she had no right. Through out the time I felt very embarressed and uncomfortable. In addition when my hair when wet gets it gets very tangled so after the wash she used a heavey duty brush and painfully brushed my hair. Or should I say rather ripped out my hair I in clumps. Then she had made constant comments and remarks at about how I had made her late for her next customer. I would have not complained if my hair was done properly. After some careful examination on my hair I have noticed when my hair is tied back on the one side it is thick chuncky highlights. Making me look like some kind of skunk. Honestly from the get go I should have walked out. Never go there again. I am now looking for another hairdresser to fix it in time for.my holiday.
