Loved my experience at Pearl, the staff are very welcoming and professional. They want to ensure you have a pleasant experience throughout. There seemed to be an issue with the water temperature during my hair wash but they seemed aware and were quite apologetic about it. Hair cut was done professionally, exactly what I asked for. Will be coming back for sure!
