been having wax for years and honestly this was the worst wax I have ever had. I don't think the wax was a very good quality anyway but the woman was unconfident taking the hot wax off. She left the wax on certain parts of my skin for ages which caused irritation during the wax then going over the hot wax with strip wax to get the wax off. My skin was red raw after and still a few days after I have irritation and spots which I have never had with hot wax. The staff are lovely it was just a shame about my treatment.

I love coming here for facials! Chiara is definitely the best person I’ve ever seen for facials and my skin has cleared up so much since going to her. I have definitely seen improvements in my skin and will be going once a month for a treatment!
