Good environment and the staff is polite and helpful. However my first manicure was completely messed up, not sure if it was the nail polish or the lamp, it didn’t dry and it was all wrinkled up. I had to take everything off again and get it done again. The second time with a different lamp and a different colour was much better even though still not perfect.

been having wax for years and honestly this was the worst wax I have ever had. I don't think the wax was a very good quality anyway but the woman was unconfident taking the hot wax off. She left the wax on certain parts of my skin for ages which caused irritation during the wax then going over the hot wax with strip wax to get the wax off. My skin was red raw after and still a few days after I have irritation and spots which I have never had with hot wax. The staff are lovely it was just a shame about my treatment.
