lia was very professional and friendly. she made me feel comfortable throughout. only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I felt like maybe there could have been a bit more exfoliation than massage but overall the service was great.

This nail studio are unprofessional and do not provide. They took 1.5 hours to do a simple manicure shellac including take off which usually takes 45 minutes. Within 24 hours one of the nails had come off. When I went into the salon 3 days later to get a refund, the lead manicurist said she could not help and asked me to leave the salon. I have never had this kind of experience in London and have been getting my nails done for years. I would advise you to avoid this salon abbey are incompetent.
