My manicure is nice, however it started 20 minutes late and a bit rushed. A small compensation would have been nice, but they apologised and they were polite.

My hair was destroyed here, the hairdresser had tangled up my hair and had to cut this off since there was no way to save it. I've never experienced such horrible blowdry! A big chunk of my hair is missing now. Also, she was laughing about the situation instead of being sympathetic. What was meant to be a therapy session for me turned out to give me huge anxiety instead.
