Staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The only let down was the room was a bit cold and I could hear the traffic from outside so I didn’t completely “switch off”. I was given a body exfoliation treatment by Lia. The treatment was good and the products all smelt great! My skin feels so soft!

Chiara was great, she did a great job with the facial. Extraction was thorough, although she clarified that she can’t squeeze all blackheads in one session, which makes sense as it’s quite traumatising for the skin. They use great products, and Chiara finishes the treatment with a relaxing face massage!
