I liked my haircut in the end but the attitude of the staff, particularly the manager was extremely off putting. I was unhappy with my cut and they asked me to pay another £25 pounds just to cut one inch of hair off! I have never heard of any salon doing that... the manager was so rude and not polite at all. they did it in the end after I had to explain but I will not return back. Also I did not like that they were doing nails in the salon. The smell of acrylics was really off putting.
