I had my haircut with Ana. My hair was washed by someone else and only this part took 15 minutes. Then I was taken to Ana for the haircut which took only 8 precise minutes. This is not even a joke. She then asked if it will blow dry. I was shocked. I just said yes and as soon as i did she started blow drying my hair straight. She did not ask or wait for me to tell how I might want my hair to be done at all. There is no customer service approach to it. The place is ok but not glamorous and if a haircut is a me time, this is not where you get some attention as a customer. My haircut is very basic and was not like i came out of a hairdresser.
