I have had my wax done by Ciara (I think that is her name) loads of time however she was not available this time. The wax was so hot I had to tell her to stop multiple time. She told me this was the standard setting and made me feel like it was me that was being picky and not that the wax was boiling hot. I will not be visiting her again.
