I had a great time this morning at Pearl, I originally went in for a perm, but because my hair had previous products in it from the night before I couldn’t, however I did get a fringe and layers instead and I’m in love, my stylist was amazing and very attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back!

Bad experience this time and such a shame as I really enjoyed coming here. Gel removal was not kept long enough, so was very painfully and forcefully scrapped off my nails. Filing was terrible, I told her I want square shape, she gave me rounded and maybe only 2 square tips, cut off waaay too much of my nail. When cleaning cuticle, went to cut so deep into my skin causing so much pain I had to pull my hand away.
Manager then took over and did my polish.
I usually come every 2-3 weeks. It has only been 1 week and my gel is peeling and coming off! Although I was refunded £5 for pain caused very disappointed this time.

I was a regular here for over a year, the last two visits I had a different beautician and this has changed my mind and now will find a new place to go. Such a horrible experience, especially when working on private areas you should make the client feel as comfortable as possible. She will only do the very bare minimum even though you're trusting them to make you good/ hair free for you holiday and when wearing a bikini (I had Hollywood which should be all off back and front, but it wasn't)
