I was a regular here for over a year, the last two visits I had a different beautician and this has changed my mind and now will find a new place to go. Such a horrible experience, especially when working on private areas you should make the client feel as comfortable as possible. She will only do the very bare minimum even though you're trusting them to make you good/ hair free for you holiday and when wearing a bikini (I had Hollywood which should be all off back and front, but it wasn't)

Had a very good waxing experience at Pearl, Nika is very professional and very thorough. Salon is clean and appointment was all on time so able to do this easily in a lunchtime. Overall very good experience and would recommend.
