Very kind woman who meant well but the wax was really bad. It looked like I didnt actually get a wax but a trim with scissors because of so much hair left behind. And the hair left behind was at least the length of rice so I didnt understand why she said she couldnt get them out. They always got them out before. Really disappointed.
