Veronica was very welcoming and gave me a very thorough consultation before she began my haircut. She explained each step and made sure I was comfortable. The haircut was amazing and exactly what I wanted, without having to compromise, which usually happens with my hair type and thickness. The hair studio is lovely and quiet, even though it's located on the high street.
