Brilliant experience with Francesca. She made sure to fully understand what I wanted and was very tentative. The place was very clean and tidy and the staff were making sure everything was sanitised properly due to covid-19. Unfortunately couldn’t attend the fax facing however, would highly recommend for hair appointments.

Lovely haircut by Francesca, who understood the look immediately (even though I have short curly hair - which isn't easy to execute) and exceeded my expectations! Walked out with a smile on my face for the entire day :)
