It was my first time ever having a massage and did not find much guidance. 1st, I was laying in a wrong way on the bed, and she did not correct me, so I felt pain on my chin for the first half, until I realised I could rest my forehead only on the bed. 2nd thing is that I was not sure whether to wear or not the mask. I decided to wear it but halfway through the massage was too much so I took it out. Would have appreaciate to be warned. THe massage itself was amazing though!!
