The salon was freezing cold, the massage room was very bright which from previous massages I know it should be dark, the therapist answered her phone whilst I was having my massage which I thought was very rude, the relaxing music was played off YouTube off the lady’s phone which adverts kept popping up, even tho I explain to the lady I’d had spinal surgery & asked her to be gentle in that area, she wasn’t. I never complained on the day as I don’t like confrontation but I definitely wont return

I went for a wax and at first I was sceptical using the strip wax, because I was used to hot wax, but she was amazing! The experience was basically painless and Naheed is absolutely friendly. She has an infectious laugh and keeps things professional.
My go-to place when I am in Birmingham!

I didn’t even get to go. I told her last minute (I know this isn’t great) that some unexpected circumstances came up, and I just got moaned at (which I get but I literally could not help not being able to go). Also, never even got a refund!
