Very very basic, she was lovely in general but knowledge of skincare was poor. I didn't have a great experience. It was something I usually do at home.

I turned up and no one was there and what I had booked was a 30 minute appointment took over an hour. I had gel nails on Thursday and they have melted from sitting in the sun and completely peeled off. This has never ever happened when I’ve had gel nails before. The therapist also damaged my cuticles and I now have a sore finger which looks infected. Genuinely the worst nails I’ve ever had.
