The description of the manicure on the app is not the same as that offered in the spa. After my manicure I told the nail technician I had booked a full spa manicure. I was told I will offered a manicure to remedy the issue, if confirmed I will get an email. I got an email with a new booking. When I arrived I was told I was I would have to pay for the experience again. This was not communicated to me before, the manager. I was however emailed to ask to come earlier. Poor communication & service.
