Used wowcher & few attempts got an appt. Owner who took my booking via email was alittle short at times with 3 word responses. Emailed ahead to say I would be late and staff accommodated. However a friend who had also booked the same day found that her booking wasn't in system and no one could give her a treatment! Staff called owner who insisted she book again mid week (she had taken day off). After friend was firm she got a booking on sat. Felt unwelcome with wowcher. Gel mani pedi was good

Had bright white neon light in my face, massage table was squeaky and kept rocking, masseuse didn’t use barely any oil on skin, didn’t adjust pressure when I asked, pillow was put in area where your face should go so I had a kink in my neck half the time until I asked to move it. Absolutely terrible, would never come back here.
