The salon is a little dated and shabby. Staff were friendly enough, although wasn’t offered a drink. Massage was lovely, therapist was very good. I also had a facial which was very disappointing.. therapist was quite rough and used barely any products, no steam or black head removal. It was meant to be a quick facial but I could have done better at home. If I hadn’t had a voucher, I would have been unhappy to pay £80 for that

I had very good experience. She was able to give a really good massage. Very knowledgeable about skincare had healing hands and was very caring and considerate of my needs. She showed lots of empathy and she was able to answer the questions I had. I had a very very good experience, and I will definitely go back again.
