My treatment that stated client analysis and extraction included. I questioned the extraction, I was told it was not part of the treatment and she didn’t have time, as she walked out to leave me in a mask for 15 minutes. This could have been resolved by offering extraction instead of the mask. When getting off the table, I fell onto the floor due that the floor was wet from the steam. A warning that it may be slippery should have be given to prevent accidents. Horrible customer service.

I was late for my appointment. Despite this, got a great welcome and excellent treatment. Finish is superb

The person who did my nails was very nice and it was lovely speaking to her. However, she shaped my nails quite unevenly so I had to ask to file them myself. She also filed my nails all the way down rather than cut them part of the way, which was quite uncomfortable. The nail polish colour selection was limited compared to other salons. The salon was quite cramped and both staff members present were not covering their noses lol with their masks. I was not offered hand lotion after my manicure.
