The massage wasn't an hour long. It stopped on the dot despite not starting on the dot due to being left to undress for 5 minutes and also me arriving 5 minutes late due to a delay. I would have thought a bit of outside time would be factored in so that a 60 minute massage would mean a 60 minute massage. The oil seem to not react well after because it was itchy on my neck and chin where it had been applied.And it was not very firm and room was quite cold.

Inside room floor was oily. they finish massage before me they didn’t clean floor. massage was ok .

Don’t waste your money. Appointment effectively started 10 mins late. Beautician didn’t explain any of the steps of the facial. I was left alone 10 mins under the steam and the extraction lasted 5 mins only. On top of this, I realised at the end that the beautician was wearing her face mask below her nose which is not ideal. I left with the same skin I got in. Definitely not recommend for 50 pounds.
