Good pedicure but I still had a lot of dead skin under my feet after it so it could have been more efficient in the peeling and scrubing

The actual pedicure was fine, which prompted me to buy a further voucher on groupon for a gel manicure. I tried to make a booking, my emails were consistently ignored and I was eventually told that I could make a booking on July 22nd. I replied to confirm the time and date, was ignored again despite several emails and phone calls, and eventually was told that they would not be able to accommodate me for a further month, despite having availability.
