i got a notofication a day before that my appointment will be a bit later, when i arrived i had to wait another 20 minutes to have my massage. it was a bit strange that the one hour massage did not include my feet at all

I was looking forward to trying this venue, but I’m afraid the result was very disappointing. Only when I got home I realised how bad it was. My hands are still full of cuticles in parts and butchered cuticles in other parts. Polish was so messy, I regretted the whole thing. The girls at the venue were lovely, but the result is extremely disappointing.

I really enjoyed my facial and I think it offers good value for money. I would definitely recommend it. Whilst I really enjoyed that there wasn’t much conversation between me and the beautician so I could relax - it would be nice to be explained very briefly what each new cream or element of the facial does/ is for.
