The massage was good but there was no heating so very cold, the lighting was very harsh and no music so heard everything going on upstairs and her phone kept going off. Didn’t feel like I could fully relax. Such a shame as it could have been a really nice experience.

My manicure was poorly done, gel removal was not taken off properly and the painting was on top of the filed nail dust. So paint job looks lumpy. Nails were not shaped properly and felt rough to touch after.
Slopping paint job, uneven and chipping after day 2 since filing was done poorly.
I had to file my own nails afterwards to make them smooth.

Lovely girls! Had a bit of a mare with my soak off but they were really patient and professional- just took their time and made me feel relaxed. Ended up with a gorgeous set of nails. Thanks so much

Unfortunately my massage wasn't worth the money. There was no introduction from the therapist on arrival and the room wasn't very relaxing. No calming music and the room wasn't sound proof so the clock and the people upstairs were distracting. Sadly the massage itself had little pressure and often just felt like the oil was being spread around my back. The blanket on the table is also microfibre and bleach stained so didn't feel cleanly. I was quite disappointed.
